More than a decade in healthcare taught Vanessa that clear communication and technical care belong together.
Her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and clinical work as an ARRT-registered Radiologic Technologist in Radiography and CT inform the way she prepares, protects privacy, and explains unfamiliar technology.
She saw residents and families wanting time together while schedules, equipment, and troubleshooting made connection harder. GCCS grew from that practical need: someone to prepare the setup and patiently guide the visit.

GCCS brings equipment, organization, and one-on-one help to family video visits and everyday technology support. Vanessa’s role is to handle the practical details with patience and follow-through.
This is non-clinical support, shaped around the person, the activity, and a comfortable setup.
