1. Acceptance

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit information through it.

2. Non-medical service

Gulf Coast Connection Services LLC provides non-medical, non-clinical resident connection, communication, technology-support, and engagement services. GCCS does not diagnose, treat, monitor, provide nursing care, therapy, medical advice, emergency response, or any clinical service.

Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service for an emergency. Direct medical or care concerns to the resident’s facility or qualified healthcare provider.

3. Booking requests

Submitting a form requests a service time; it does not create a confirmed appointment. A request is confirmed only after GCCS reviews the information and sends confirmation. Availability may change, and an alternate time may be offered. Google Meet details are sent afterward for confirmed video visits.

4. Authorization and consent

You agree to provide accurate information and submit a request only when you are authorized to do so. Facility approval, resident consent, authorized-representative consent, and other requirements may apply before a service occurs.

5. Appropriate use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, or use the website in a way that violates law, facility policy, or another person’s rights.

6. Technology and third-party services

GCCS may use Google Forms, Google Workspace, Google Meet, and other technology providers to support requests and services. Third-party availability, terms, and privacy practices may apply. GCCS cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party systems or internet connectivity.

7. Website information

GCCS works to keep website information accurate and current, but content may be updated without notice. General website information is not a guarantee of facility participation, program availability, a particular outcome, or a confirmed service.

8. Intellectual property

The GCCS name, logo, website design, written content, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Gulf Coast Connection Services LLC and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission.

9. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, GCCS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, third-party services, connectivity interruptions, or reliance on general website information.

10. Changes and contact
